In Cooling Tower often it is seen that scale of Calcium Carbonate, Magnessium Carbonate, Silica ,
Sulphate,Phosphate scales block the heat transfer area. The same is observed in different types of Heat
Exchangers, Pipes carring hard water. For cooling tower & Condenser it is difficult to remove the scale with the
help of Acid because the acid may corrode copper tubes.
We have developed a new product AT-TREAT-901 (ORGANIC DESCALANT) in liquid
form to remove scales deposited on the wall of heat exchanger. AT-TREAT-901 removes not only
the scales but protect copper, Alluminium from corrosion. It is organic formulation of Polymers,
Chelating Agents, Glycol, Azole basd corrosion inhibitor.

Application:
Quantity of AT-TREAT-901 for Descaling depends upon scale concentration. One can circulate the
solution with help of electric pump for 7-8 Hrs. If thin layer of scale are arrond pipe wall, we
recommend to circulate the solution (1:3 with D.M. WATER) for atleast 7-8 Hrs.( After dilution.with
water). Before circulation disconnect from original source of water. If the scale are very hard and
thick we recommend not to dilute or dilute 1: 1 with water depending upon scale concentration. .
After circulation for 7-8 Hrs flush with clean water and connect to original source of water.
Can be used to descale Solar Pipes, Cooling Tower, Boiler Tubes descaling Any kind of Heat
Exchanger.
PRODUCT SAFETY & HANDLING INFORMATION:
Avoid contact skin and eyes. Keep away from acids. In case of contact with skin , wash with plenty of
water. Remove contaminated clothing and seek immediate medical attention. In case of contact with
eyes, flush with plenty of water, cover affected eye with sterile pad and seek immediate medical
attention. Wear gloves and goggles wherever appropriate.
FIRST AID :
SKIN : Flood area with water for at least 10 minutes. Remove any contaminated clothing. Seek medical
attention
EYES : Irrigate thoroughly with clean water for at least 10 minutes. Cover affected eye with sterile eye
pad and seek immediate medical attention.
INGESTION: Wash mouth thoroughly & drink plenty water. DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek immediate
medical attention.

AT-TREAT-801 is chemical that can penetrate, and loosen the complex matrix of Biofilms allows biocides to reach the organism for more effective kill & control. These chemicals are typically shot fed at dossage that break down poly-saccharides, emulsifying oil, realease mineral & foulants or disperse biopolymers.
It is used in water system for removing or preventing bio films. The micro organism vary differently within a bio film then when the same species are floating freely. In water treatment bio films are undesirable because harbor pathogenic organisms such as Legiomella, they reduces heat transfer, they causes increased friction or complete blockage pipe. They foul proves and they contribute to corrosion.
In terms of corrosion to the system metal bio films contributes to MIC(Microbiological Induces Corrosion)In addition to bio films allows accumulation to most acidic metabolic products near the metal surface, which accelerates the cathodic reaction.
It is effective at pH range 3-8.
Dosage
Under most conditions we recommend that AT-TREAT-801 be used at 50-100 ppm. The recommended method of application is either drip or sloe pump feed, 1-3 times per week in a clean system. In fouled system the dosage of 50 ppm everyday until the bio film is removed. It is not recommended that other micro biocides be fed during the cleaning stage.

Offering Descaling Chemical For Solar Water Heater.
Water contains various metallic salts in suspension. These metallic salts get accumulated inside pipelines, tubes, etc. in the form of scales over a period of time. These scales must be removed periodically in order to restore the efficiency of system, reduce heating time and attain the required temperature.
AT-TREAT-901 has been formulated mainly for descaling Solar Water Heating System. It is an inhibited acidic composition containing surface active agents and cleaning agents to effectively dissolve and remove all water scale deposits from Copper, Brass, M.S., S.S. and Aluminum tubes, Pipelines and Vessels. Descaling with AT-TREAT-901 is safe, simple and economical.
Descaling Procedure:
1. Descaling of Solar Plate Tubes along with Storage Tank by CIRCULATION METHOD:
1. Prepare a 2-3 times solution of AT-TREAT-901 v/v (volume by volume) with water in a 50 to 100 litres capacity open top circulating tank. (Say 1 Litre AT-TREAT-901 AND 3 Litre water). Tank must be made of either Plastic, S.S. or FRP/PVC lined M.S. tank.
1. Connect the outlet of this open top circulating tank by a rubber/plastic hose to the inlet of a 1 or 2 HP S.S./Plastic pump. The outlet of pump should be connected by hose to the drain valve of solar plate. Connect the outlet of the storage tank by hose back to the circulating tank.
1. Start the pump and completely fill the system with AT-TREAT-901 by circulating the same for 3-4 hours preferably at 45°C.
1. Discard AT-TREAT-901 solution and then completely flush the system with plenty of water by circulation till the pH of water reaches 6-7.
